President Jerome works closely with Monroe’s senior administrative team on the day-to-day management of campus operations. In tandem with the President’s Cabinet, a diverse group of campus leaders from all areas of the University, the senior administrative team works with the President to ensure all programs, policies, and initiatives remain consistent with the University’s vision, mission, and values.
