College Welcomes Consul-General of the Bahamas

The University was delighted earlier this month to host very special guests from the Bahamas Consulate in New York. It was an honor to welcome Consul-General Lawrence Cartwright and his colleagues to the New Rochelle campus for a visit with students, faculty, and staff. More than one dozen of our Bahamian students shared their experiences as students studying abroad and spoke about their time at Monroe. Afterward, they enjoyed a terrific lunch courtesy of the Pastry Kiosk. My thanks to Carol Genese, Emerson Phillips, and Ajayi Oliver for their great work to put together a memorable visit.
