Foundation Courses
Depending on your undergraduate experiences, you may be required to take foundational courses before beginning the Master’s program. Courses are offered online or on campus on weekends. Your admissions counselor will advise you on whether or not you need these foundation courses.
- Foundation of Statistics - The objective of the workshop is to strengthen skills in abstract thinking, critical analysis, and forecasting.
- Foundations of Economics - This workshop covers topics such as analysis of supply and demand, price elasticity, and identification of the main components of macroeconomics.
Industry Alignment
According to the Department of Labor, employment of medical and health services managers is projected to grow 18 percent between 2018 and 2028. This is much faster than the average for all occupations, and is due largely to the aging of the baby-boom population.
